Volunteer Opportunities
High School Community Service:  We are now accepting applications from high school students to volunteer at the library during the 2026-2027 school year.  Volunteers may be asked to:

• Have a fun and friendly manner

• Shelve items

• Straighten Shelves

• Help with preparing various library events/activities

• Help with other duties as needed

• Limit cell phone use while volunteering

All volunteers are expected to understand that volunteering time is not a time to hang out with friends or be on your phone.  HCL greatly appreciates all the time our volunteers donate to help make our library great!  If you are interested in applying to volunteer at Hampton Community Library, please download and complete the application below​:​
