Directions to Hampton Community Library

The Library is located in the Hampton Community Center, which is in the Hampton Community Park. When you enter the main building, we are the first door on the right.

From Downtown:

Take Route 28 North to Route 8 North. You will get on Route 8 from an exit ramp on the left side of Route 28. Stay on Route 8 for 20-25 minutes through Etna & Shaler. There is a traffic signal at Harts Run Rd. Go through that intersection, and then soon after that make the first right onto McCully Rd. Turn left onto Topnick Road into the Hampton Community Park. (Use caution. It's hard to see any oncoming traffic.) Take the first right turn, between the baseball field and the tennis courts. Continue straight through to the end.  At the stop sign, turn left.. This brings you to the Hampton Community Center.

From the PA Turnpike:

Exit at the Butler interchange of the PA Turnpike, Exit 39. Head South on Route 8 about 2 miles. Turn left at the BP Station onto Wildwood Rd. Extension. Make the first right onto School Rd., past Zang Auto Body. Go past the Middle School and continue on this road (name changes to Topnick). This road will start winding through the park. Hampton High School will be on the right. Turn left at the sign that says "Tennis Courts." Continue straight through to the end. At the stop sign, turn left. This brings you to the Hampton Community Center.

From the West:

Take 79 North to the Wexford exit (Rt. 910/Orange belt). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto 910. Head straight through the series of stoplights. Stay on 910 for approximately 10 miles until you come to the intersection of Route 8. Turn Right, travel past the Turnpike exit on Rt. 8 south. Continue along Route 8 until you see the BP gas station on the left. Turn left at the BP Station onto Wildwood Rd. Extension. Make the first right onto School Rd., past Zang Auto Body. Go past the Middle School and continue on this road (name changes to Topnick). This road will start winding through the park. Hampton High School will be on the right. Turn left at the sign that says "Tennis Courts." Continue straight through to the end. At the stop sign, turn left. This brings you to the Hampton Community Center.
